Overall Satisfaction with Schoox

We use Train by Schoox for all our new employees. We require every employee from our busser to our general managers to use Schoox before setting foot on the floor. Recently we added a course to everyone's assigned courses and we were able to roll it out extremely fast with Schoox.

  • Employees often get confused to which courses are theirs, they do unassigned courses

Schoox is part of a system that all the employees use quite often so it gets more results when we implement a new course.
Schoox is great for companies with several employees that all require in-depth training in their respective departments.

Using Schoox

Schoox could definitely use a refined user interface. Many of our employees have trouble finding Schoox all together. Many employees take the wrong courses.
Yes, but I don't use it - It's definitely a great app but I prefer to use the web version. Especially for the administration side of of the site.
