Overall Satisfaction with HPE Nimble Storage
We use HPE Nimble storage arrays in 5 different datacenters for our virtualized environments. They provide fibre channel block storage and datacenter to datacenter replication.
- Infosight gives great information for executives and technicians alike.
- Interface is simple
- Reliable
- multi-protocol implimentation
- cost per feature
- ROI achieved by not needing a Storage Engineer due to simplicity
- Not able to provide NAS protocols (NFS, SMB)
As far as performance, they are all very similar now regarding IOPS but Nimble is a nice and easy product. Only thing it lacks is the multiprotocol. Upgrades are easy to deploy.
