Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot

We have implemented HubSpot for 3 of our brands' websites. At first, HubSpot was used to increase the presence of the contact us links and to help with SEO enhancement, but as we have continued to grow with HubSpot, we are using it for more tools, such as lead automation and workflows.
  • We know who are customers are and what interests them.
  • We know what is a successful campaign and what needs improvement.
  • When updates are released, they are not necessarily available on the older platforms immediately,.
  • For two of our sites, we went from 2-10 leads per month to over 100 qualified leads per month.
HubSpot is an excellent tool for most any business; however, it is especially good for small to medium sized businesses, as the tools can be implemented with little website building and management experience, and the analytics are thorough and easy to understand. The workflows and automation reduces the work load on sales support staff, so their efforts can be focused on more essential support services, like following through on specific content or quote requests, while the workflows take care of the general education and nurturing process.

Using HubSpot

1 - I am a salesperson, blogger, website manager, who also does the inbound marketing.
  • This helps us convert visitors to leads and tracks the browsing habits of visitors on our sites, including what brought them to our site and what made them convert to a lead.
It is one of the products/services we have that shows tremendous results. It was so successful for one brand that we expanded to 3 of our sites, and we frequently refer others to Hubspot.

Do not be afraid to ask people for information. If they want your content, they should be willing to trade some personal information (even just name and email). Customers who are really interested will share.

No - For me, the basic support is excellent. If we were to be a partner or have more than our 3 portals, then it might be worth considering, but I am confident that the support team will always be able to help me within a reasonable period.

After the HubSpot COS came out and the new landing pages and forms were created, we had some issues where our classic landing pages and forms were not behaving properly. When I reported this to HubSpot, they discovered the issue, uncovered a few more hidden issues about which I was unaware, and they offered to update the classic landing pages to the new format for me. It made my job much easier to not have to redesign the pages, and I knew they had taken care of all the performance issues.

HubSpot has always exceeded my expectations with customer support and service.
