Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot

The marketing team at my organization uses HubSpot to gather leads for the sales team to follow up with by using inbound marketing techniques. The majority of our online content is created and stored on HubSpot. In addition, we use HubSpot as our main email platform. With the addition of their reporting dashboard, we can rely more on HubSpot for content performance data than previously (when we used Google Analytics).
  • Generating Leads through the use of forms and workflows.
  • Content creating - both for emails and landing pages.
  • Tech Support - the team is always more than helpful in answering our questions - from the most mundane, to helping us solve larger problems.
  • Social Media scheduling
  • Reporting on multiple KPIs (MQLs by Content Piece, e.g.)
  • Though it's possible for us to move our blog from WordPress to HubSpot, it seems that we'll be losing a lot of linked images.
  • It's hard to track the data of multiple landing pages or emails and comparing them. The ability to look more closely at the data is limited.
  • Increased team effiency
  • More lead generation
In terms of content management, the UI of HubSpot is much easier for those whose strengths might not be code or any back-end work. The media library functionality is similar, but is separate from HubSpot, so you need to remember which images are on which platform. The integration between the two works pretty seamlessly. Half our pages are on HubSpot while half our pages are on WordPress. Users probably wouldn't even notice the difference between the two.
HubSpot can solve so many needs. Do you need help tracking what CTAs get clicked? HubSpot can help. Do you need an alternative to MailChimp? You got it. Need a more user-friendly CMS alternative to WordPress? HubSpot can do most of that work for you. If you're worried about not understanding some of their functionalities and features, they have the best customer service and always get back to you very quickly with a detailed response.

However, if you're looking for in-depth analytics, or something that can look for trends in a data-set, HubSpot might not fulfill all those needs.

Using HubSpot

At my previous job we were using about 3 or 4 platforms to do all that HubSpot can do. The ability to do everything in one program, with one support team is worth it. I've only been using it for about a month, and was amazed at how intuitive the system was for me to pick up. It just makes sense to use HubSpot.

HubSpot Training

HubSpot goes above and beyond in online training. If you're looking for information on a specific topic, say SEO for example, you can find it in multiple formats. Call to talk to a specialist. Watch a webinar. Read one of many e-books. Complete a project designed to help your business grow and for you to learn a new tool. Review their help topics. Email a team member. Tweet them! It's hard to not to get excited about learning with HubSpot.

HubSpot Support

You can access HubSpot help by email, phone, browsing their extensive help documentation, or Twitter. No matter which option you choose, they respond quickly, and your ticket gets efficient support. Not only do they find the solution to your problems, but they take time to explain why and how they came up with the solution, so you understand.
