Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot

We use HubSpot across the organization and for our clients. I personally use it for the development feature. I work mainly inside the design manager and template builder. I find it speeds up the development time greatly by creating the skeleton of the site using the template builder.

  • It is hard to do some more customizable code in HubSpot. We have found some "HubSpot hacks" that we use to our advantage, but making this a simpler process would be nice.

I have used WordPress before and HubSpot is much better. To me WordPress seemed to have no organization of the tools developers need to use. HubSpot has everything packaged up nicely and is easy to use.

Using HubSpot

20 - We use pretty much all the different parts of hubspot. As a developer I am in the design manager, site pages, blog, and cta sections the most. We have people on staff who are all over the place. Inbound marketers, sales reps and customer success are just a few of the people that use hubspot here.
20 - All of us are hubspot and inbound certified. Our designer / developers are also COS certified. This means at any given time we have enough people on staff to help with any issues that we could run into. Most of the trouble shooting comes from the design and development team

I found that the ease of use was a big decision factor. Everything was very simple to use and anything that I had questions on, there was always support that i could call for guidance. The fact that I can create my site, maintain it and manage all the marketing features really makes it an awesome product.
It was an easy choice after doing my research, hubspot is a superior product to anything else out there.

HubSpot Support

Every question that i have had, they have been able to answer it either right away or emailed me the response within a day. Support is always very helpful and polite when i have dealt with them. They are not afraid to go into the code and troubleshoot the issue if I can't figure it out.

There have been so many times. They have gone into my jquery and found bugs that were causing the whole site to act up. They were able to fix it and now everything works great!
