Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot

Hubspot has made our jobs so much easier by helping us automate tasks and keeping us and our inbound strategy on track! It is our number one product when it comes to managing our social presence, crafting newsletters and creating blogs. We love that is extremely user-friendly and have had great success with employees that are new to the software, learning quickly due to the ease of use. The support we have received has been top-notch! Quick, accurate and friendly service no matter the time or question. We have been very impressed by the quality of service we have received, which is very important to us. Thanks Hubspot for making us better at what we love!

Hubspot is by far more user-friendly, intuitive and better at automation than Constant Contact. Value is also another huge plus when you compare Hubspot to Constant Contact. There are free, readily available, integrations you can use with Hubspot such as SurveyMonkey, Salesforce, Wordpress and more making everything more fluid.
I think Hubspot is particularly useful for implementing inbound marketing strategies. For all of your marketing integration needs, Hubspot is the tool to use. Newsletters, emails, content calendar, reports you can find these and more on Hubspot!

Using HubSpot

5 - Marketing and sales make the most use of Hubspot in my organization. Everything from sending out monthly newsletter, to lead nurturing to automating social media content, we make great use of all the awesome features Hubspot has.
2 - Hubspot is very user-friendly and intuitive, however we do think a level of skill is best suited to suppor it. Depending on the application, attention to detail, creativity, and tech savvy are good skills to have. Basic understanding of html is definitely a plus!

Evaluating HubSpot and Competitors

Yes - For us, we wanted to switch from Constant Contact to a different product that would better suit our needs. We consider things like website integration, blog platform, social media automation, newsletters, and pricing!

We had heard such great things about Hubspot. Both my manager and I really love all the inbound marketing content that Hubspot provides and we are huge fans of Inbound Bold talks. We knew we wanted to look into Hubspot and since the very first say, we know we've made the right choice to switch.
I would have love to talk to an actual customer in the same business as us to get a feel of what they love and what could use a bit more improvement.

Implementation was pretty smoothly, but with any new system you definitely want to carve out enough time to get all the kinks sorted out.

Yes, it's extremely easy to learn by yourself. It's always good to have someone to help you out though if you encounter any issues and support is definitely always there!

If you need one reason why you'd love Hubspot, this is it. Their Customer support is bars none, the best! Everyt ime we have a question whether by phone or email, they always reply in a matter of minutes with the correct response. It's easy to follow up with them if another question arises after the initial contact and they are always ready to help.

Just today, I contacted support regarding an issue with my blog "skin". Something wasn't displaying right, and quite frankly, although I'm really good with HTML, I was stumped. Reed, from customer support contacted me within 20 minutes and explain what was happening and how he fixed it. So not only did he fixed it but I learned something new.

Using HubSpot

I think Hubspot is so intuitive and easy to use. I don't foresee anyone having issues to adapt to using it. Everything is user friendly and very simple to use.

  • I think it would be helpful to have a feature to auto publish social media using an RSS feed.

Hubspot performs pretty much as expected 99.9% of the time, we've recently encountered a few issues with our blog which is hosted through Hubspot

We've had a few issues with the reports sometimes not loading or taking a couple of extra minutes to load.
