Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot

We decided to make the switch to inbound marketing mid last year. HubSpot has been a fantastic tool as it gives you the training, the tools, and the support that you need in order to accomplish any goals related to inbound marketing. We utilize the blogs, social media management, landing pages, and several other tools to get our jobs done. In the short time we've used HubSpot we've noticed that we've had the best traffic in months to date.
  • Landing Pages - simple, easy to use, easy to implement.
  • Blog - Very customizable, also easy to use.
  • Support - the staff and support is top-notch, always there and ready to help.
  • Certain things/layouts can not be customized or changed from the HubSpot standard.
  • Changing between templates can be a little confusing at times.
  • A simple, personal preference: a drag-and-drop feature for file uploads would be beneficial.
  • Highest traffic count to date.
  • Generating warm leads rather than cold ones.
  • Increased marketing efficiency.
To be technical, I have never used another lead generation or marketing platform. I have only used CRMs in the past and completely winged it on the marketing side. So of course it's way above anything else I've ever tried. Because of this, I am unable to answer this question properly.
As said before, we have not been using HubSpot for very long, but we have been generally quite impressed with it, its processes, and the way everything is implemented. I can't think of any specific scenarios as far as where it is inappropriate, but it has addressed all of our obvious needs for inbound marketing.

Using HubSpot

2 - Marketing; we are responsible for driving traffic towards our website and expanding the knowledge of all of our services to the general public. We utilize the blog, landing page, e-mail, and call-to-action features on a daily basis.

Using HubSpot

For the most part it is very clean, modern, and concise. There are only a few exceptions that I have: workflows are very confusing and complicated. You have to have a lot of practice before you can start to understand them (or know IFTT rules). It is also a struggle to work on templates at times, as it can be hard to find exactly what it is you're looking for in the area you're looking for it (mostly global items like headers/footers).
