Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot

The marketing team uses HubSpot to track leads from email marketing, social media campaigns, and content offer landing pages. We also use it for ongoing lead nurturing, and marketing automation. The new social media tools are great - I do wish that the social media scheduling tool was able to republish content based on a schedule, the way that MeetEdgar does.
  • Customer support is great. If I ever need anything, setting up time with our rep is easy and he always has the answer. If he doesn't, he helps me find it.
  • Education. Hubspot Academy is such a great program. I have gotten the inbound and content marketing certifications. I am working on the email certification now.
  • The next step for Hubspot is to create an automatic scheduling system that populates based on your library, like MeetEdgar.
  • Adding more social media channels - particularly Instagram and Hubspot.
  • I've been able to track the ROI of our social ad spend
  • Tracking accumulated leads from content offers
I used to use Percolate, and it just didn't have the comprehensiveness of Hubspot. Hubspot is a, in 98% of cases, a one stop shop - and that matters when you are a one woman content and social media engagement manager. Plus, I have learned so much through Hubspot Academy.
Hubspot is a CRM. No question. The ability to track leads and know exactly where your customers are in the buyer's journey is unmatched by any other CRM. I also love the Hubspot Academy. I've gotten the inbound and content marketing certifications and am currently working on the email marketing certification.

Using HubSpot

12 - Both sales and marketing
1 - Most of the support is helping us integrate hubspot and Salesforce records to make sure that they are correct and up to date. If I have ever needed help from a hubspot support team member, it's been easy to get in touch and schedule time to review things, which is probably one of my favorite things about hubspot in general. Their support team always seems easy to reach, so you can get back to working on making your campaign great!
  • Social media monitoring
  • Building landing pages and thank you pages
  • Blo
  • Blogging
  • The new lead flows are great - we've gathered a lot of new TOFU contacts.
The education around the product is great, the support is wonderful, and the product is easy to use. It's so intuitive, unlike Salesforce, which is super confusing and requires intense onboarding. The other thing about Hubspot is that it is a community. Although it is easy for me to get in touch with support if necessary, I can also use internal message boards or pitch ideas that can be upvoted or downvoted based on popularity. It really gives you the sense that the developers behind Hubspot are listening to their customer base and working to improve the product based on their needs.
