Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

HubSpot CRM is being used across the organization primarily to handling prospecting, deal forecasting, marketing emails, and social media content scheduling.

Our business side is small, so everyone handles a little bit of everything and HubSpot CRM helps tie all of us together. The tracking of emails and data allows us to measure the success of our messaging and helps us to always be improving and see where we can do better.

HubSpot CRM is incredibly easy to use. It has great functionality to help you track prospects, schedule your day, and make the most of your time while you're in the office. This is the second organization I've used the program with after leaving a company that used Salesforce and HubSpot CRM by far is the better product.
I think the main differentiator from HubSpot CRM to Salesforce is that the user interface is far more intuitive to use than Salesforce's, which tends to be clunky. The drag and drop functionality as well as the improved CRM view makes for a much easier experience when it comes to navigating the software.

HubSpot CRM is an excellent tool for prospecting and determining where [the] interest lies. It allows me to be more persistent with leads who have opened my emails more regularly and move on from prospects who don't appear to be engaged or show interest.

It also allows me to critique myself if the open rate is high, but the response rate is low. Do I need to reduce my word count? Do I need to redefine my ask? Very helpful tool.
