Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

HubSpot CRM Is being used across the entire organization between sales and marketing. It helps us to solve the issue of sharing the most important prospect and customer data between teams so we can align messaging and efforts across departments. We would highly recommend HubSpot CRM for small to mid-sized businesses.

It solves the needs of small and mid-sized businesses. It can accomplish what most companies need from a CRM to achieve sales and marketing alignment, gather customer and prospect information, track pipeline reporting and sales activity, and collaborate across departments. It has made using a CRM much easier for companies who were not leveraging one before.
HubSpot's support is very helpful. You can leverage chat, email or phone call support (depending on your level of package with Hubspot). All options really help to provide expedited service, and can answer questions quickly and efficently. HubSpot also has partners around the globe who can help with implementation and management of HubSpot CRM.
HubSpot CRM is best suited for small to mid-sized companies who are currently not using a CRM, or are using a CRM that is not integrated with their marketing efforts.

HubSpot CRM is not as well suited for enterprise companies who are looking for much more advanced logic and assignment of leads using a variety of rules and logic.
