Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I use HubSpot to keep track of leads and to monitor emails. I really like the email tracking feature as it has been a huge help for me to see if a prospect or client has opened an email and I can alter my response when following up when I haven't gotten a response from them yet.

HoneyBook was a great upgrade for my business because it just had more to offer that I needed, but I honestly still use HubSpot to track my emails because that's something HoneyBook doesn't have.

To me, the platform wasn't very user friendly and I got confused when trying to set up my system. Maybe that's why I ultimately moved systems, because i didn't know how to correctly set up HubSpot to work for my business. If things were easier to understand and set up from the beginning, I would have probably stayed longer with it.
I haven't used HubSpot support so I can't give them an honest rating.
HubSpot CRM is great for those starting out in business and needing a platform to keep track of all your leads but it may be best to upgrade as your business grows. One thing I have kept HubSpot for is email tracking. I haven't found another platform that I like that has the email tracking feature and it has proven beneficial to my business.
