Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

HubSpot CRM is currently being used by most of the company, and we are currently in the middle of moving the rest of the company over to HubSpot CRM from Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. HubSpot CRM solves the problem of having all contact information in one place that is easy to access and update.
  • HubSpot CRM has an excellent user interface, it's very easy to learn to use.
  • Contact records are organized very well, from email activity to list memberships.
  • HubSpot CRM integrates well with other services like On24 to capture the webinar activity of your contacts.
  • I'd love to give some constructive criticism, but I honestly have no complaints!
  • HubSpot CRM has had a positive impact on our business, and the impact will be even more positive in the future as the rest of the company moves over to it from Dynamics 365.
One of the best aspects of HubSpot CRM is the overall usability, it's very easy to navigate the CRM and access contact records, which can be searched for directly or indirectly via multiple layers of criteria. Once inside of a contact record, it's easy to see a plethora of types of activity associated with that particular contact, and you can even filter for certain types of activity as well.
HubSpot is much more user friendly compared to Dynamics 365, which was one of the major reasons the company has entirely switched over to it in some divisions, with the rest of the company switching over to it soon. With HubSpot's CRM, it is much easier to search for particular types of contacts, and it is also easier to export such data in Microsoft Excel files as need be.

Do you think HubSpot CRM delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with HubSpot CRM's feature set?

Yes

Did HubSpot CRM live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of HubSpot CRM go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy HubSpot CRM again?

Yes

HubSpot CRM is well suited for any company that wishes to efficiently organize its contact records, keeping all that data in one place in a way that's easy to update and integrate with other services. It may be less appropriate for a smaller organization with a very limited number of contacts.

HubSpot CRM Support

HubSpot has a very good customer support, one can chat in real time by phone or text, or send an email. I have not had to use their support very much, but when I have they have been very professional and quick to respond to address my needs and concerns.
