Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I have been using HubSpot [CRM] for over 6 years. I think it's one of the best CRM/Marketing platforms on the market. I've seen the platform continue to grow and improve over the years and it has so many features and capabilities, yet simple enough to get what you need done with minimal effort.

There are also powerful integrations and workflows/automations that put this CRM on par with Salesforce.
I really like how the forms integrate with your website for lead capture and provide powerful insights and actions on each lead.
I have also implemented the chat conversation functions that allow a chat bubble on your website as a conversation inbox as well as your company facebook page.
Managing sales staff and their lead assignment is another strong attribute of HubSpot.
If you do email marketing, HubSpot handles that too and syncs lead data the the CRM contacts. The email templates are nice and easy and the insights on each campaign are very helpful. Overall I highly recommend HubSpot to anyone, any size company and you could try their free version to get a good feel for it.
  • Easy to use
  • Powerful integrations and automations
  • Useful insights on leads
  • Pricing - a bit high, but the marketing tools and insights add value
  • Accounting integrations - not as many integrations as I would like
  • Mobile app is not as intuitive/useful as I would like
  • Increase in lead capture
  • Increase in collaboration efficiencies
  • Shorter deal cycles
I have tried Salesforce and find it a bit cumbersome and nowhere near as neatly setup as HubSpot [CRM].
I've tried many other CRM's that were either too simple or way too complicated, it seems HubSpot is the goldilocks and just right!
Zoho CRM has a lot to offer for the price you pay, lots of platforms you can use from their ecosystem. When compared to HubSpot [CRM] though, you can see a major difference in the quality and usability of the software.

Base CRM was pretty neat, easy to use and nice looking interface. Very limited though, compared to HubSpot.

HubSpot [CRM] seems to be ideal for companies with a sales and marketing staff where you manage and assign leads and provide quotes to customers.
The HubSpot sales deals pipeline and quoting functions are awesome and you can easily quote products and services, packages and use email templates that are all time-saving efficient tools for quoting and closing business.
There are lots of CRMs on the market if you all want to do is just manage leads, contacts and email marketing. HubSpot [CRM] does a whole lot more so if you don't think you're going to get use of all the cool extra features, then maybe HubSpot isn't for you.
If you're someone that loves to get the most out of powerful software and automation, then the cost is justified.

Evaluating HubSpot CRM and Competitors

Yes - We were using Zoho CRM for a while and it just wasn't enough for our needs. HubSpot has more features, better and cleaner usable interface and more insights and automations.
  • Product Features
  • Product Usability
  • Product Reputation
HubSpot is solid and reliable. We've had zero issues with the system itself. In terms of usability, I can't think of another CRM that makes it easy to produce and track all aspects of marketing and sales functions.
It's a good idea to really think about how many contacts you anticipate having and how your team will be set up. These affect pricing and implementation concerns.
