Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use HubSpot in many ways. They host our website. We use it as a CRM and an email marketing platform.

  • Technical and user support
  • Email campaigns
  • Easy to write blog posts
  • More flexibility and capability in designing email.
  • Better drag and drop features for webpages.
  • Acquire a company so they can have better landing pages.
  • Positive: Ease-of-use promotes more marketing and more website changes.
  • Negative: A bit expensive for a small business.
  • Positive: Being able to manage list of trade show attendees.
Very simple to use, it's very intuitive and responds quite quickly. Also, the chat tech-support is fantastic and knowledgeable. Being able to navigate around different needs for my company whether it's CRM or email campaigns are simple.
I used to use Salesforce many years ago but that is it.

Hubspot is very well suited for the mid-range to small businesses and Fortune 1000 businesses. Probably a Fortune 500 would use Salesforce for all sorts of APIs and capabilities but Hubspot is catching up to them.
