We use HubSpot CRM to track sales-related activities, pipeline development, and marketing efforts.

Easier to use than Salesforce.
Significant improvement in sales and marketing alignment by allowing sales reps to push newly generated contacts towards marketing and customize via tickboxes whether a contact is suitable for marketing nurturing efforts or not.
HubSpot proved to be more cost-efficient and easier to implement and customize.
