Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
HubSpot is being used mainly by the Sales team but also by the marketing team. It's the easiest way to keep track of all prospects, leads, and contacts. Plus we like being able to create our own sales funnels, so in one look we manage to know where we're at.

- Multi-user approach
Cons
- Automatically suggest merging of companies or contacts.
- Time saving
- Space saving
We haven't aligned the Marketing and Sales team that much. We started using HubSpot 4 months ago and we like it but still getting used to it.
