This is my first experience with a CRM, but HubSpot is very easy to learn.

Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

HubSpot is being used mainly by the Sales team but also by the marketing team. It's the easiest way to keep track of all prospects, leads, and contacts. Plus we like being able to create our own sales funnels, so in one look we manage to know where we're at.

  • Automatically suggest merging of companies or contacts.

This is my first job so I can't really compare it to anything else.
We haven't aligned the Marketing and Sales team that much. We started using HubSpot 4 months ago and we like it but still getting used to it.

I do research for the Sales team. I love that I can just add a note to each company or contact and add all kinds of information there, so it's all in one place. I don't like having to do manual things so I think there's some room for improvement in the automatization.
