Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I am in one group within the company. I use it for lead generation and follow-up.
  • Ease of use: I was up and running in 20 minutes.
  • Well laid out: Easy to find what you need and enter data. Fast.
  • So much better than Salesforce.
  • My role will ultimately provide the company with future revenue growth through the ability to create consistent marketing messages to the targeted audience.
  • Growing the company's revenue will certainly be an outcome of my using HubSpot.
  • My role will undoubtedly save the company money in the long run.
I used Salesforce for 4 years, and this is easily more streamlined and well thought out. Big, doesn't always mean better, (I.E.Salesforce). If it did, Ms. America would weigh 500 pounds.
Yes, HubSpot CRM has impacted the alignment and cooperation between our Sales and Marketing teams. We have a plan, and a goal, and HubSpot made it possible.

I can only speak to what I use HubSpot for. It is great if you are just entering name/title/email/phone then placing calls, sending emails, and setting a follow-up task. MANY companies do that, so you should have a very large target base! Have at it. Go get 'em, and smash Salesforce! Good luck.
