Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

HubSpot CRM is used by my department. We used to have the problem of having all the data we worked in the past in fragmented manner with everyone in their systems. But, we wanted a unified platform where we could have all that data in order to avoid clashes between work of people as we have members working from different locations and not having communication about each and every lead we work. Even communicated it was a hectic task to go through all that. Having HubSpot CRM we know what team is working on and keeping track of the tractions on every lead.
It has been great.
  • Keeping track of conversations with leads.
  • Avoid redundancy and clashes of leads.
  • Management can monitor the activities of every individual.
  • Daily report is generated automatically.
  • Sometimes it doesn't create an account when leads are added for it making it difficult to see how many and what leads have been uploaded under the account.
  • People can update records on others' leads which should not be the case.
  • Keeping track of work has given more chances to focus on closing the leads rather than keeping records of conversations.
  • It has saved a lot of time.
It is easy to use and above all it doesn't take time to load unlike other CRM tools I have worked on. The integration of HubSpot with third party apps is amazing and it allows to consolidate things on one single platform making things tidy and unambiguous.
In my previous company I had used a CRM that was customized by company, but it lagged too much. It took the world to load and took too much time. It took a substantial part of the day updating records in the CRM. It didn't avoid repetition which was a big setback, but in HubSpot that issue is not here. There is no redundancy in accounts and contacts.

It is very useful when your team is growing as it will help the new ones to know what you have worked on and what process to follow.

It is not suitable when the team strength is low and they work in a single office as they can manage things among themselves.
