Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

HubSpot is being used across the whole organization. It's a ticketing system to help us to track the customer's issues while correcting them. We log the customers issues in HubSpot, we keep the ticket open until the issue is resolved, and we close the ticket. We can use the tickets as a reference as well for similar issues.
  • Log a call so you can have a record
  • Track the logged call
  • Be used as a reference for similar calls
  • Email straight from the ticket
  • In my opinion HubSpot can be improved by providing an easier way to find tickets.
  • Not letting a new ticket be created if the customer doesn't email directly by replying to your email.
  • I can't honestly answer that. It's not my field.
HubSpot is very easy to use once you get trained on it and use it. It offers many beneficial features that will help you to get the job done. The transition wasn't easy because you get used to one APP, but once you give HubSpot a chance you won't regret it.
The communication it provides for me between both is awesome if used correctly.

In my opinion once HubSpot is tailored for your company's needs and all tools in it are aligned with the other apps that your company maybe using, I feel it's an excellent tool. It provides follow-up updates which allows for better customer service, it also provides tracking of who created what ticket and what activity was done on those tickets.
