Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We use HubSpot CRM to assist tracking potential and current clients. Being able to create labels for different steps in our process helps to sort through the amount of contacts we can have. Tracking communication with our clients is a major benefit. If someone contacts a client, they can leave notes as to what information is needed from the client to reduce hold times or phone tag. To help internal communication, we can pin an important note/quote/conversation to the contact so we don't have to hunt for the important data.
- Fairly user friendly, making training and use an easy process
- Creating sequences to follow up with leads saves time
- Customizable dashboard to help us track the data we use for team meetings
- Integration of apps has added value
- Lead importing can drop contact information, which creates extra steps
- Education videos are outdated and the instructions are not always clear
- Fairly easy access to client information
- Helps to have one location of contacts
