A Great Way to Manage Your Marketing and Sales Leads, Plus So Much More!

Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use HubSpot CRM for sales and marketing. It allows sales to document everything and receive reminders when follow up is necessary. The marketing team uses it to send out marketing emails to our clients to drive up customer interest.
  • Documentation - nothing is missed as it is easy to log emails, phone calls, etc. as well as add notes.
  • Email tracking - being able to see if a client has opened an email we sent is a great tool to know how to keep reaching out.
  • Integration - Gmail integration to send emails directly through HubSpot is great, and calling through HubSpot is a huge time-saver rather than entering in a full number.
  • Deals, contacts, etc. can pile up and it can be hard to address them on a large scale. They typically have to be opened up individually to change them.
  • It's probably more how our company uses the CRM, but more integration with internal tools would be nice. Internal billing information would be great to have within HubSpot.
  • Duplicate contact detection - again may be how my company has it set but it only checks the email address. More advanced tools to help avoid this could help avoid confusion on the sales end.
  • Shorter deal cycles because of the ability to track and customize follow up time frame.
  • Increased productivity on the sales end, as it is quick to make contacts so we can reach out to more individuals in a day.
  • More leads coming in through marketing automation emails.
It does very well when it comes to ease of use. There is a very small learning curve to get up to speed on the most useful features. Some more advanced features may take longer, but the immediate time saving benefits come right away.
It has different purposes, but I prefer the automation in emails and calls on HubSpot. Dashboards are easy to read, and everything seems to be a click away.

Overall, I'd definitely recommend HubSpot. The ease of use to contact new and existing customers is fantastic, and allows me to send an email and call the client in a fraction of the time than if I did it manually.
