Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

HubSpot is used by our Sales & Marketing teams. The system makes our complex sales strategy of marketing to government employees at several different levels across the country more unified and clear. Marketing uses HS for brand awareness campaigns and follow up after Webinars.
  • Automation does so much work for me!
  • Selling "snippets", documents, and general emails are saved and easy to use!
  • The task layout and format is very frustrating. You cannot view what organization the task is assigned to, so it makes it difficult to prioritize.
  • There are only 2 types of priorities assigned to Tasks. High and Normal. I wish there were 2 more. Anyone who is juggling a lot of leads at once knows that prioritization is the key to scheduling your activity.
  • ROI in the cost of time. I save so much time since there are several features to make my job easier including automation and repetitive activities.
I have not experienced this level of automation before compared to other CRM's including Pipedrive.
Our Sales team is able to view Marketing activities in HubSpot.
HubSpot has many more automated features to save time for the Sales professional.
