Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
Hubspot CRM is being used throughout our organization. We use it to log contacts, companies, tasks, and to track opportunities for new business. We also used it for marketing email campaigns. It solves the problem of me needing to remember information that prospects and customers give me. It allows me to focus on making more calls, sending more emails, and finding more leads. It integrates with other software that we are using in the company as well. The hubspot ai is great to pull in information based on company domains as well.

- When I create a contact with an email, it assigns the user to the contact, but I have to go to the company that it creates and manually assign that same user to it.
- Giving reps more time to focus on prospecting instead of worrying about remembering data
It allows us to break up marketing campaigns according to region and allows that RVP to manage their teams efforts easier
I have used Method CRM before and Salesforce, and HubSpot CRM is a better option--more up to date and integrations are easier.
