Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

HubSpot CRM is being used by our sales team to manage sales prospect data, demos, call volume, emails, etc. HubSpot CRM allows our team to manage the entire sales process from cold call to close, while tracking everything we do from calls to meetings. It integrates seamlessly with other software, like JustCall, to help us track the number of calls we are making.

HubSpot CRM is very straightforward and easy to use. Unlike other software I have used in the past, there wasn't any need to have any type of formal training. We just started using it. There are plenty of support articles and videos online to help whenever we had a question.
HubSpot CRM proved to be easy to use compared to other CRM software. Customer support is very helpful and attentive. There is a suite of videos and help articles. Everything we use just makes sense.

HubSpot CRM is perfect for managing sales teams. Admins can track agent productivity at a glance. Agents can enter detailed notes for every prospect to help turn cold calls into warm follow ups. Email automation makes it possible for emails to go out on a schedule automatically. Tasks keep agent organized and on schedule.
