Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We are using HubSpot CRM for our marketing efforts and through prospecting as well as all deals, so basically for sales and marketing.
  • Prospecting
  • Showing all the information
  • Staying on top of big ticket issues
  • Organization of day
  • It's so customizable that it can be daunting to figure out what is missing
  • Not flexible with how you can view email opens under activity
  • Sometimes things don't sync properly and can be a headache to redo
  • Easy to know when that last time you talked to a prospect was
  • Simplifies last point of contact to help push deals through
  • Makes emailing sequences a breeze so a lot of emails can go out daily
The only other system I've used is Ekos, which was cumbersome, to say the least. HubSpot CRM has a lot of customization that has been very helpful as our lead lists grow.
I am not the decision-maker on this one, but I have enjoyed using HubSpot CRM.

Helpful for marketing campaigns and understanding where a prospect is on our timetable. I also like the task feature because it'll help me set up my day and remind me what is most important. I do wish it could be even more customizable so that I can get every single detail I need without having to futz with settings or reach out to a support person with them telling me that's not possible.
