Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

Having an organized database without needing to use Excel sheets for different types of contacts helps immensely. Being able to enter the interactions with contacts, establishing deals, and associating different contacts with each other are such important features for keeping track of everything that occurred with any contact. In terms of keeping up with the amount of work that should be done daily is easily a very significant feature for a sales team with the task page implemented in HubSpot. I do enjoy the ability to assign tasks to team members instead of having the hassle to talk to them to put the task in HubSpot themselves. It saves a lot of time that can be used to do actual work.
  • Assigning tasks to oneself and others.
  • Entering the interactions with clients on their contact page from calls, meetings, notes, and tasks.
  • Having employees assigned as contact owners for clients establishes who is responsible for who.
  • Not being able to search for contacts through specific information such as phone numbers or emails.
  • Filtering system with contacts feels too complex.
  • Being able to establish automatic naming of follow-up tasks instead of changing every time.
  • A big positive. Increased sales due to having information about clients stored on their page, which helps establish a pitch works best for each individual client.
It's not hard to learn how to use HubSpot, which makes it a very good choice against other CRM software. The availability of HubSpot Academy in each field really does help me learn more on how to use HubSpot more effectively and efficiently. Finally, being able to enter all types of interactions with clients in terms of calls, meetings, notes, and tasks is something I really appreciated in HubSpot.
HubSpot has more features to offer that do help immensely with business strategies and more specifically, the sales section has a plethora of features that can be used to establish an effective and efficient work environment. The ability to go back through all interactions made with any client is such a significant feature that it can not be understated how important it is to have such a feature if new employees come along and pick up the Slack (no pun intended).

Do you think HubSpot CRM delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with HubSpot CRM's feature set?

Yes

Did HubSpot CRM live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of HubSpot CRM go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy HubSpot CRM again?

Yes

The ability to assign tasks to myself or others is very useful and saves a lot of time in terms of negating the step of needing to talk to the person I'm assigning a task to. As a new employee a couple of months ago, being able to read to what happened with clients and their interactions through meetings, calls, notes, and tasks. A useful thing to be able to do would be to search for clients through specific information such as phone numbers or emails.
