Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use Hubspot in our organization in our Sales, Customer Support, and Executive departments. Hubspot is a very user-friendly way for the entire team to tie into one communication portal. Executives can look at leads and their progression. Sales can streamline leads, emails, and make notations on clients and customer service manages the day-to-day tickets. It allows both sales and Executives to know exactly where the relationship sits between company and client. In Sales, HubSpot gives reminders of time between communication to potential clients and shows an Activity Feed informing me if emails are being read or ignored. Overall, HubSpot solves the issue of departments using different portals to communicate with our clients. With HubSpot, we are all on the same page.
  • Email management: Fantastic reminders, organization, and activity feeds.
  • Lead to client journey: Easy to create a lead, move it along, make notations and keep organized.
  • Quotes: HubSpot makes it easy to create a quote, assign who needs to be signing and email the quote directly to the customer. The quotes are clean and very professional.
  • I am only 4 months into using HubSpot. Currently, I have not found a feature that is lacking in my day-to-day needs.
  • Quicker follow up and more cold calls to customer connection conversion.
HubSpot is much more intuitive and easier to use over Salesforce. HubSpot's dashboard and graphs are easy to read and encourage action by the user.
HubSpot is much easier to learn and use than Salesforce. The dashboards are inspiring and move a user into action. Hubspot is so easy. I actually enjoy working within the platform.

I am new to using Hubspot. I have found it very well suited for Sales teams, as we grow and I add onto my team. I may have questions and comments about lacking features. I have had some issues running reports. The reporting tool is not super intuitive and takes time to figure out how to get the data you are looking to see.
