Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use it as a CRM for all our business development clients. It is used by our Business Development department (4 members) and our President. We are on it all day and use it for direct outreach (Sequences) and logging new companies and contacts. We keep it open all day. It's our only CRM.

Pros

  • Sequences
  • User interface
  • User experience
  • Easy to use

Cons

  • They could auto connect to email finders.
  • They could stop logging all my colleagues as contacts.
  • They could make it easier to build sequences and templates. And why are sequences and templates not in the same section?
  • Saves us some time versus other CRMs.
  • Keeps everything organized well.
  • Makes outreach fairly easy.
Very much easier to use than Salesforce. Salesforce is more complicated for no reason. HubSpot is much easier to use and to organize leads and much easier to set up sequences.
Salesforce sucks in my opinion. As I said, it is complicated for no reason. HubSpot is as well, but not as much. I highly prefer HubSpot.

It is well suited as a Sales CRM. But probably not of much use as a marketing tool. We use it for all our Sales outreach, but the marketing part of the CRM is basically useless to us.
