Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

HubSpot CRM is being used across the entire organization. It addresses sales, customer success, product, and other department problems. We maintain prospect and customer data in HubSpot. Contact information, tasks, meeting, and other notes are maintained in it. It is also integrated with other software we use such as Zoom and Gong.io.
  • Maintain all related notes for a contact.
  • Send notifications when actions of interest occur.
  • Keep everything well-organized by contact and related company.
  • Calling a phone number where you need to use your dial pad to choose options on a menu doesn't work when calling from browser.
  • Phone calls are not recorded when using the phone app.
  • Transferring contacts to someone else mid-sequence sometimes messes up the sequence.
  • Revenue growth.
  • Increases sales rep adoption.
  • Accountability.
A lot better since it is less complicated than well-known ones and offers more than simpler, less common ones. Everything is fairly straightforward. Additionally, most other software my company uses integrates with HubSpot CRM, so it's a good fit with all of our software. Sure there can be improvements, but overall HubSpot CRM is easy to use.
HubSpot allows my sales and marketing teams to collaborate by sharing documents, creating approved templates, keeping all records and related notes well-organized, and giving us the opportunity to tag others to bring attention to certain areas when necessary. It's easy to have resources and structures set up to support either team.
HubSpot CRM is easier to use because everything within it is well-organized. It is easy to do what I need to do and go where I need to go each day because of the design. I haven't used more advanced features like calling and recording calls directly from a CRM, so I cannot comment on that.

Do you think HubSpot CRM delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with HubSpot CRM's feature set?

Yes

Did HubSpot CRM live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of HubSpot CRM go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy HubSpot CRM again?

Yes

Zoom, Gong.io, Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365)
HubSpot CRM is well suited for maintaining records of contacts and companies and recordings for most calls from your browser. It is less appropriate when dialing phone numbers where you need to use the dial pad to choose options on a menu, such as a company directory, and for app use since you lose some of the functionality that you have using a computer.
