Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
It is being used by the sales and marketing teams to track interactions. It houses all of our marketing materials and we send content to specific personas from time to time for workflows. Our website is also built with HubSpot.
- Workflows - good delivery.
- Tracks opens and views of content and timing.
- Building a website in HubSpot CRM is clunky.
- Open rates are not always connected to the recipient - if someone in our organization looks at an email, it is logged as the recipient opened the email.
- Movement from MQL to SQL should have more criteria, not just receipt of content. Opened would be a better indicator than the prospect.
- It allows us to track any touches with SQLs and if deals have come from them.
Sales is able to link documents to their emails which results in fewer blocked emails since it isn't an attachment. They can also see who viewed the document and for how long and if it was shared. This results in the team using more of the marketing materials and seeing the benefit in real-time.
