Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

HubSpot CRM is our main tool when it comes to outsourcing. It's easy to use and helps us outsource to other businesses. It is mainly used in the sales department, but our marketing team has recently moved our website over to HubSpot (which is going great). Overall, we can analyse stats and track progress of individuals.

There are some areas on HubSpot I haven't used, so I cannot comment on all. However, I have never used a tool like HubSpot prior to a sales role. From my point of view, the system is a great tool to keep track of yourselves and others, produce an efficient workflow and provides freedom with customisation.
I have never been in a role that has previously required a CRM, so unfortunately I cannot comment.

In my role, it requires a huge amount of outreach. With HubSpot, leads are sourced and created with sometimes pre-recorded information which is amazing. Once you have a lead, it's easy to add multiple contacts and will even tell you when contacts are already on the system, which helps when it comes to duplicates. Alternatively, the emails/templates tab is a great shortcut when you need to increase outreach.
