Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
HubSpot CRM is our main tool when it comes to outsourcing. It's easy to use and helps us outsource to other businesses. It is mainly used in the sales department, but our marketing team has recently moved our website over to HubSpot (which is going great). Overall, we can analyse stats and track progress of individuals.
Pros
- Keeps track of all our calls/emails/LinkedIn/outreach
- Can set up tasks which makes your day more structured
- Can be used in other areas of the business!
Cons
- Issues connecting sometimes
- HubSpot has crashed often in the past
- Maybe the ability to be able to add more to your profile
- Increased outreach to smaller companies
- Lead to more organic searches
- Workflow
Our sales and marketing teams work really close already. However, HubSpot has allowed both the sales and marketing teams to assess the reports and data to see where traffic is being redirected. We can also assess whether a sale has come through outbound/inbound which helps the team come together and discuss what went well.
I have never been in a role that has previously required a CRM, so unfortunately I cannot comment.
