Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

My company uses HubSpot CRM to organize our contacts, deals, and other useful information in regards to the sales funnel. It is primarily used by only our sales and marketing teams. It addresses the issue that most other CRM's do, and that is simply organizing large swaths of information and displaying it on a digestible user interface.
  • Easy to use pipeline
  • Organizes contact information well
  • Very responsive support team
  • It should be easier to un-enroll contacts from sequences
  • The template previews are not exactly what the email looks like
  • Connectivity issues between HubSpot and Gmail
  • I am not necessarily suited to answer this as a rep
  • I am not necessarily suited to answer this as a rep
  • I am not necessarily suited to answer this as a rep
As I stated in my previous explanation, I find HubSpot's user interface to be much easier to navigate when compared to other CRM's that I have used, and I think that this lends itself well to people who don't want to spend a ton of time training new reps or employees.
I think HubSpot may be lacking in certain features, but the user friendly experience that I have described definitely makes up for the things it may have been lacking in terms of functionality. HubSpot definitely gets the job done, and their customer support is unmatched across most industries, not just CRM or data management.

Do you think HubSpot CRM delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with HubSpot CRM's feature set?

Yes

Did HubSpot CRM live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of HubSpot CRM go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy HubSpot CRM again?

Yes

HubSpot CRM is probably best suited for a person/organization that is not super familiar with how CRM's work because I essentially see HubSpot as the Apple of the CRM industry; in comparison to something like Salesforce which may have more functionality, but is slightly more difficult to use and understand to its fullest capabilities.
