Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

HubSpot is now being used across our entire organization. It’s used by Sales and Marketing, as well as our e-commerce.
  • I love the sequences.
  • I love the automation.
  • I love the dialer and text capabilities.
  • I would really love it if the forms our clients fill out could be found in the customer's contact profile under its own tab. The forms populate our client's properties but if there was an easier way to find the information they entered in the form we created without having to go through the forms tab I think it would make life a little more efficient.
  • I wish that we could create lists for tasks due on specific days instead of having to import and export.
  • Task lists would better organize daily priorities, etc.
  • I don’t miss emails , calls or other important client communication.
  • Increased sales.
I like it! It is comparable to other CRMS I have used. I think I have used CRMs in the past that were a little more straightforward and easier to learn though. I have experience with Debt-Pay Pro and a few others.
It made things easier to manage and brought efficiency to both departments.
I didn't pick HubSpot. My supervisor did, but it had all the things we were looking for in a CRM and it's improved our efficiency.

HubSpot is well suited for anyone who needs to keep in contact with a large group of clients. It helps keep track of properties and allows you to eliminate many steps in communication by having such great automation emails and texts. I am not particularly a fan of the deals. However, it is the only way that we can put contacts into stages. I wish we could just have contact status that way 3-5 deals aren’t created every time a contact fills out a form. Maybe I just need more training in this area.
