Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

HubSpot CRM is used across the entire organization, from project managers, finance, sales, and marketing. It has been an incredible asset for our team to be able to come under one roof/ecosystem. Before HubSpot CRM we were scattered across multiple tools and platforms, HubSpot CRM not only simplified what we do but it saved us thousands of dollars.

Far surpasses the other CRMs that I've used in the past. It's more customizable, gives great insights and clarity, and doesn't require an additional staff member to constantly be editing and updating the data. It's super user-friendly and your team can keep it up to date and you can customize it as you see fit.
We looked at a number of CRMs, and there's a reason we went with HubSpot CRM. It was the best value, the best customer support, the best learning ecosystem, and most customizable without having to hire another member of the team to do all the customization. HubSpot CRM is the answer. It just is.

HubSpot CRM is the best CRM I've used for a sales flow. The workflow automation, its API integrations, and ease of use are all top-notch. We've been diving more and more into their marketing functions, and while keeping everything in a single ecosystem can be helpful, occasionally it has felt like the pricing for marketing professional is a bit bloated. But overall, we're big fans of it!
