Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We use most of the aspects of HubSpot CRM, for things like website analytics, marketing campaigns via sequencing, and it is our main database for sales reporting, and keeping track of deals and each potential client moves through the funnel. The main problem it solves is keeping everyone on the same page and it helps with transparency and communication.
- Integration with other tools such as Sales Intel, the resource library also makes completing tasks such as creating templates or snippets make using it every day a breeze
- I like having access to my CRM via my mobile device. I can get notifications when someone answers or opens an email. Which allows me to quickly respond or take action on the next steps.
- The ability to create detailed reports has allowed us to get very specific for tracking various elements of our prospecting efforts.
- In terms of reporting, we were trying to decide how many times a prospect had been reached out to by a particular person, however, it was not clear how to do that or if it was possible. Finding out what drives people to agree to a demo and via which channel would also be helpful.
- There have been times like today, it seems like HubSpot CRM was also in need of a 'weekend break. At times becomes very glitchy and slow. Not really a major issue in the grand scheme of things, except it always happens at the worst time of day.
- It'd be great if HubSpot CRM did a better job of catching duplicate contacts. Variations in spelling would have helped me avoid adding a company that was already listed in our database. The company name is 3 words, however, it's in our system as one word.
- HubSpot CRM does a great job of keeping track of analytics that help us uncover trends that are crucial as we cannot rely on stats and numbers from 2020 since Covid skewed so many variables.
- Since we can file and keep all of our marketing collateral, utilize the CMS, and maintain our website all in one spot, costs are reduced because time spent in multiple platforms is eliminated.
- The ability to get results of a/b testing in real-time gives us the flexibility to make proper changes so that we stay on track for reaching pertinent KPIs.
One word, transparency between teams and collaboration is paramount for us. Especially being a hybrid (in-office or remote) company. The alignment between sales and marketing through HS helps to take the guesswork out of what each team is up to. Despite the remote work situation, and varying personalities, HubSpot CRM helps to fill in some of those gaps.
- Zoho ContactManager, Salesforce CMS and Outreach
To be honest, it has been several years since I've used anything besides HubSpot CRM. However, the most recent CRM I've used is Outreach. Although Outreach works well in many instances, it was a bit cumbersome when it comes to agencies that rely on integrating with various clients. Sometimes the data lag made it difficult to remain productive, and at times uploading and appending data felt like a lot of heavy lifting.
In my opinion, HubSpot CRM makes it much easier to catch duplicate contact information, and it simplifies creating lists to keep your database clean and up to date.
