Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

Our organization utilizes HubSpot CRM as a whole, but each department uses it very differently. In my department, it helps keep the flow of each project that we are working on organized and up to date. Being able to track clients across different stages of where their websites are, saves our team a lot of time in our general scope of work.
  • It is very straightforward and easy when moving a project from one stage to another.
  • It is easy to update, change, and edit information within the Company and Contact level.
  • The email tracking feature is extremely beneficial when trying to stay organized.
  • I have run into many issues with emails bouncing that aren't actually invalid emails.
  • It is difficult to change, add, or remove columns or rows because it needs to be done at the supervisor level, which most employees are not. This should be something that almost anyone who utilizes HubSpot CRM can do.
  • Giving different options of viewing open tasks would be very beneficial.
  • The billing stage is very fast and efficient which has increased our opportunity to send out quotes and increase revenue.
  • Keeps our team up to date with payment denials so we can reach out to the client for updated information in order to have payments maintained.
  • If a payment is denied, it is impossible to know that unless you are on the Billing team so it would be beneficial if the project would automatically be put on pause if the payment was denied.
I have used Wrike for the same purpose that I use HubSpot and I prefer HubSpot CRM significantly. The column style that HubSpot CRM has is what I personally use and have found it extremely useful in maintaining organization and project flow. Wrike is a drop-down sort of system which makes it very confusing to know where different things are and to something from one place to another, is very confusing and time-consuming.
Compared to Wrike, it is much more user-friendly. It has multiple levels of dropdowns and different ways to view the stats or timelines you're working in. Wrike did not provide these features and made it very confusing to track where each project was. Also, HubSpot CRM creates tickets for each separate item and you can add, remove, edit those tickets as seen fit without messing up the general scope of work for that project.

Do you think HubSpot CRM delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with HubSpot CRM's feature set?

Yes

Did HubSpot CRM live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of HubSpot CRM go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy HubSpot CRM again?

Yes

In the world of Digital Marketing, the HubSpot CRM is well suited and worth using. I have utilized other database systems in a digital marketing setting and HubSpot CRM has been the best tool I've seen out there. I could also see this being very beneficial in company settings for Loan Officers or at Mortgage companies where tracking projects is necessary but can be easily over-time-consuming.
