Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

It is our main CRM. Whole organization, and it certainly helps streamline our operations. For us, maintaining consistent contact with our clients is a massive priority. This helps keep everything in one organized place. Beyond this, the ability to analyze our sales-built custom reports has helped us make our business more efficient.

Cannot compare really, as I have had minor experience using others, namely Salesforce.
Our struggle in this regard is mostly related to our own internal issues - HubSpot CRM has certainly helped in this regard.
I cannot give an accurate review, other than truly enjoying HubSpot CRM's custom reports.

Yes

Extremely useful for analyzing users' performance, sales, etc. The ability to build custom reports stands out to me, as it allows me to identify areas of improvement as well as areas of success. I personally do not see much use case for marketing - but that is a bit of a situational process.
