Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We are using HubSpot CRM across the whole organization to perform and track both marketing and sales efforts. The marketing tools are very robust and include most of the things we do for our day-to-day marketing tasks (emailing, segmenting, tracking the customer journey, funnel progress, etc.). The sales tools are helpful but not as robust as they can be. We currently use the sales tools for outreach, some nurturing, follow-ups, tracking deals, etc. but there are some reporting features and sales tools that could be more robust or work better.
  • email marketing - tracking, A/B testing (except time testing which would be helpful), etc.
  • customer record tracking & company wide transparancy
  • workflows for marketing automation
  • sales reporting features (specifically recurring revenue custom reports & sequence reporting)
  • A/B time testing for marketing emails
  • enrolling contacts into sequences on behalf of other sales hub users
  • sandbox of HubSpot CRM account (with everything copied over) for a testing/training environment for new employees
  • better transparency for customer/employee touchpoints
  • more visibility into pipeline sales cycles & where opportunities are getting held up
  • increased granularity for marketing funnel & contact interactions with our company
HubSpot CRM's marketing and sales tools are much easier to navigate than the alternatives. Everything is presented in a way that is easy to find and if you have trouble the knowledge base and customer support are great resources to quickly find the answer to any questions you have. Also there are multiple ways of tackling or finding many things in the platform which makes it easy for everyone to access the info/tools they need in whatever manner feels comfortable to them.
HubSpot CRM is a great jack of all for smaller businesses and allows you to focus heavy on the marketing tools to get contacts down the funnel and into the hands of the salesperson. It's sales hub tools are great for smaller businesses or startups because they provide more robust options than some other platforms, but ultimately should be paired with the sales tools offered by Salesforce to make an ultimate CRM experience that benefits both marketing and sales equally. HubSpot CRM is more robust than ZoomInfo Engage in that it is able to tie all of this information directly into your contact records without an outside integration and focuses on outreach to inbound contacts. ZoomInfo Engage encourages list building and cold outreach, which can be helpful in some cases and not in others. Ultimately all platforms have their pros and cons but HubSpot CRM is a great option for small-medium businesses and startups that need one platform that can handle marketing, sales, and customer service/success. For larger businesses that can afford multiple tools, HubSpot CRM integrates wonderfully with Salesforce and other platforms that enhance marketing and sales efforts.

Yes

Are you happy with HubSpot CRM's feature set?

Yes

Did HubSpot CRM live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of HubSpot CRM go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy HubSpot CRM again?

Yes

HubSpot CRM is a great platform if you are marketing focused or need a CRM that can do a little bit of everything. It is also great for small businesses that are just starting out and need a CRM or something more involved than just an email marketing platform (like MailChimp or Constant Contact). If someone is more focused on sales efforts or need more sales tools, then Salesforce is a good alternative or addition to HubSpot's CRM.
