Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

HubSpot CRM is a great tool to organize our sales process and centralize all sales data in one dashboard. We use it to record and track all opportunities, place and log outgoing prospecting and customer calls (which has options to record calls), log meetings, upload documents (which is great when collaborating with other team members), execute email campaigns to customers, and prospects, and use the power of sequences to nurture our customers. I regularly use the dashboard to see my metrics each day and use the task features to setup up call lists and follow-ups with customers.

  • Email formatting is a bit old-looking.

  • Shorter deal cycles due to reminders and tasks.
HubSpot makes using the CRM a breeze. The online training is excellent and their ongoing training and live help make it easy to use for any employee at any level of experience. The user experience is simplified, though the CRM is extremely powerful in its own right. I can almost always find the answer to perform a function or task within the system.
As a Sales Team, we have visibility to all emails and interactions our customers receive (tracking, opening, read, etc) and we can augment these communications with personal interactions (like phone calls) to bridge the gap between marking emails and direct emails with customers. We can also create rules to prevent mass marketing emails for customers to respect our customer's wishes.

We have our Marketing Team send out emails periodically to our list, and the metrics we receive are pretty nice. It's great to see how many emails are open, clicked, subscribed, etc. We can even drill down to see conversion rates too. The same idea goes for email sequences the sales reps use to send emails to customers. Either way, we can see results quickly. Also, we have the power to send emails at the best times (for each customer) and schedule tasks, allowing us to stay on top of customers and not to get "lost" in the noise out there.
