Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

It's used across the entire organization, Sales Teams, Customer Success, Development Team, etc. The problem it addresses is that we now have better communication in deals than before and it makes a great collaboration tool.
  • Lead generation.
  • Perfect collaboration tool.
  • Clear deal overview for the Sales Team.
  • Dashboards are sometimes to difficult to put together to function perfectly.
  • Lots of times when you go into a specifically chosen view like contacts or companies and you go into an account and want to go back to that selection then the selection is gone and you need to start over again which takes a lot of time out of my day.
  • It helps us to see in 1 Eagle eye view how many deals are in the pipeline, including the total value of each account manager's pipeline.
  • Leads are coming in straight away and accounts are being made automatically which enables us to do our job quicker.
I have used others as well, but HubSpot is in my top 2!
HubSpot enables us to work closely together between the Sales and Customer Success Team, and directors within the company. Everyone has access to any deal, and by mentioning another person on a deal, communication is instant.
HubSpot has great integrations, it has integrations with LinkedIn, Gmail, Outlook, and it also has a great LinkedIn tool that enables us to create a contact or account just based on someone's LinkedIn page—absolutely love this!

HubSpot is great for integration with your website for inbound leads, deals are easy to view and you can make almost any dashboard you can think of. It's a great tool for sales and customer success teams. It took me a week to get used to, but now I really love it.
