The HubSpot CRM is used as the sole operating system in the business. Managing users, marketing, and tickets to ensure that our customers have the best possible experience when using our systems.
- Workflows
- Sequences
- Social Media scheduling
- The testing element of sequences is extremely frustrating
- Not being able to link a meeting with a teams invite is very annoying
- Allowed me to track deals to ensure that leads are not lost and closed in a timely manner
Being able to communicate internally on the system and share ideas is very helpful.
