Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
In my company, we use HubSpot CRM to keep in contact with all of our customers. HubSpot CRM allows us to categorize and respond to customer queries in a quick efficient manner ensuring all customers are kept up to date and happy. HubSpot CRM has allowed us to better manage the workload in particular with the kanban view which allows us to categorize into new and follow-up requests.
- Streamlining queries from customers
- Tracking historical correspondence
- Categorizing query topics
- Analysis of topics
- Notification when tickets are about to become inactive to prompt a follow-up
- Better more consistent search
- Customer connections
Sales and Marketing teams are much more in sync using HubSpot as they can view queries, help docs, prospects etc.
HubSpot is easier to use and gives better feedback and analysis
