Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

In my company, we use HubSpot CRM to keep in contact with all of our customers. HubSpot CRM allows us to categorize and respond to customer queries in a quick efficient manner ensuring all customers are kept up to date and happy. HubSpot CRM has allowed us to better manage the workload in particular with the kanban view which allows us to categorize into new and follow-up requests.

  • Notification when tickets are about to become inactive to prompt a follow-up
  • Better more consistent search

Compared to other CRM systems, HubSpot CRM is much easier to use. It is sleeker and more user-friendly. Other CRM systems are clunky and difficult to manage.
Sales and Marketing teams are much more in sync using HubSpot as they can view queries, help docs, prospects etc.
HubSpot is easier to use and gives better feedback and analysis

HubSpot CRM is number one for keeping up with customers in both past correspondences and dealing with new queries. The HubSpot CRM feature gives us the ability to look back on specific companies or contacts which shows us if the queries they are having have been reported by them before which allows us to follow up more effectively. As well as this, allowing us to add and take away categories as needed means we are able to analyze if there are lots of queries on one issue.
