Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
When I started at my company we didn't have a CRM at all, everything was tracked in Microsoft Excel Spreadsheets. I found it difficult to track and see the progress of the sales cycle. I tasked myself with finding or developing something that could be used as a CRM at zero cost that could provide some small statistics - number of meetings, new opportunities, value, and conversation tracking. I'm not going to develop something and reinvent the wheel here. I'm thinking that the HubSpot CRM is the best bet, but it'll have to be passed through our sales team to ensure that they will be using the HubSpot CRM.

- Sales pipeline
- Quotation need to have manager level approval for custom line item, promotion, price change and before it can be send to customer.
- Automation need to able to auto create line item in deals record
- Inventory management
- Able to send PO, DO, and SO is a plus
- Track and calculate marketing ROI
- Faster lead respond time
- Able to track sales activity
