Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

At ASE, we use HubSpot CRM across the whole organization. Using it across the whole organization allows us to keep track of information spanning across several departments that require responsibilities from different team members. HubSpot also allows us to use graphs and tables to get an accurate picture of our data to know where we are at any given time. But most importantly, HubSpot allows us to have a centralized location where any employee can grab data or other information in real-time and easily. Without HubSpot, our data and information would be scattered across several platforms and emails and would slow down our productivity.
  • Tracking communication with clients through the email log and phone call log
  • Creating quotes for customers in a quick and accessible way
  • Providing updated and accurate data
  • Saving products to the Product Library can be difficult
  • Call activity doesn't always register
  • Adding option to log activity at exact time and not just time increments of 15 minutes
  • Increased interaction with customers
  • Increased productivity through email templates
  • Detailed history of product pricing
HubSpot CRM is easy to use and adaptation to use in day to day activities is seamless and easily done. HubSpot provides videos that detail best use practices and provides quick access to customer service if any additional questions or issues need to be addressed.
HupSpot provides a centralized location that every member of a team can access regardless of the department they are in. Through this, internal communication and collaboration is fostered and natural. It also allows for teams to quickly edit and work together on documents and procedures.

HubSpot CRM is a great tool for creating deal boards that provide a more accessible view than a traditional spreadsheet. The ability to drag each deal to it's appropriate stage while adding notes and attachments to the deal make it easy to keep track of deals to have a detailed history for future reference.
