Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

Hubspot CRM is used by our sales and account management team in order to capture and manage all potential and ongoing opportunities and sales activities. The many integrations and extensive functionality have made a huge difference in our process allowing us to track and report on calls, meetings, emails, and more.

  • Task management could be a little clearer but I am being nitpicky
  • Allowed us to move away from multiple systems and streamline processes
I have used 3 different CRMs over the last few years and Hubspot outperforms the rest and it's not particularly close. On the surface, they may seem the same but when you get into the available functionality and flexibility of Hubspot the rest just can't compete.
Allows us to track and interact with those who sign up to our website and see who responds to marketing emails allowing us to narrow our focus based on those showing interest, saves time and effort.
HubSpot does everything Pipedrive does plus a whole lot more. Really is no comparison.
