HubSpot CRM helps to manage work with all leads we get in an organized, clear, structured way. We use HubSpot across the whole organization. Through HubSpot I:

- See my team's and personal performance
- See analytics of my department in dashboard
- My dialer system integrated in HubSpot is very convenient
- Convenient dashboards and pipeline structure
- Quick and easy support in the case of having any issues
- Dialer, WhatsApp, messangers are quite efficiently connected with HubSpot
- Possibility of export data for further analysis
- We work with Five9 Dialer and sometimes HubSpot is not opening leads from Five9 immediately, so, our sales enablement has to fix it.
- Huge revenue growth
- Shorter deal cycles
- Enablement of fast expansion
- Increasing sales rep adoption and speed of working
These 2 departments are perfectly aligned: sales rep can see the marketing campaigns and analyze the most essential KPIs.
