Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
My company has changed a lot since using Hubspot. The first is the change in customer information storage, since having Hubspot in the management role I can see the historical data of each customer, what stage the customer is in on the journey and I completely become a helpful manager accompanying employees to make timely plans, instead of having a delay like using Excel before.
The second change is that the Marketing and Sales team work together more effectively, we can measure the Marketing metrics returned daily on Dashboards and see which customers come from the Marketing source, helping us to invest more investment and efficiency for each channel.
In the end, we successfully combined other software like Get Response and Zapier vs Hubspot system for the initial implementation of marketing automation. Really save manpower and time a lot. Very appreciated Hubspot!!
