Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We have all of our contact database on this platform. It allows us to be organized and efficient with our client information. Another great tool it has is it allows our company to have all of our client information in one spot which is helpful, specifically in the sales department. The CRM is useful when we do email sequences to our clients and track calls being done from our company employees to clients.

- Allow us to check off completed tasks although it may not be done in certain circumstances
- When assigning a industry status be more specific
- Have an introduction video for beginners on the platform to show the main components of the CRM
- Revenue growth

- Great analytics
The analytics given from the HubSpot CRM have allowed us to effectively help the marketing efforts in the company. It has increased both teams' success within the company and allowed us to create a better customer experience. Having this platform allowed us to create creatives that best align with what our customers want and need.
