Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We have all of our contact database on this platform. It allows us to be organized and efficient with our client information. Another great tool it has is it allows our company to have all of our client information in one spot which is helpful, specifically in the sales department. The CRM is useful when we do email sequences to our clients and track calls being done from our company employees to clients.

Based on the CRM that I have used in the past, HubSpot CRM is much more efficient and organized. It has great analytics and allows the company's sales to increase effectively. The past CRM I had to work with was hard to use and was not beginner friendly, whereas HubSpot was easy to follow and learn.

I would definitely recommend HubSpot CRM if asked by an employee. The first reason is that it is a platform that allows a company to be very organized by keeping all your contact information (contact database) in one spot. Another reason is you can easily keep track of emails and calls between employees and your clients in an organized and efficient manner. Thirdly, the HubSpot CRM is a great tool that has great customer support when needed.
