Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We use it to manage all our applications for our product and our Support Team uses it for support purposes (tickets and emails). We also use HubSpot for manual reporting and understanding the past behaviors of our customers.
- We can add any properties to a customer profile and use that for reporting and tracking.
- Historical changes being tracked allows us a lot of visibility into the actions of our customers that then allows us to make adjustments for improvement.
- Exporting reports can take a lot of time and the fact that they are emailed to you if they are too large (which most are) adds a significant amount of lag time.
- Hubspot has allowed us to scale small-scale resolutions and dive into specific one-off issues we are seeing.
- Hubspot has allowed us to organize our growth and keep a close eye on it both from a birds-eye view and individual user bases.
I personally haven't looked at any others in recent years because we are satisfied with HubSpot.
