Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
HubSpot is predominantly a sales tool in our organization. It is used by sales to track our clients, create our pipeline and for weekly reporting meetings. [It is] also [used] by marketing for generating campaigns and data teams to understand trends of clients and interest. It addresses target tracking, understanding who we speak to, and how attentive sales reps are to prospective clients.
Pros
- Integration with Gmail, means I don't have to track notes
- Goals orientated, I have a dashboard of quarterly targets I need to achieve
- Personal touch in terms of setting specific tasks and types of ratings for clients
Cons
- Automation of industry is not always accurate
- Automation of revenue is not always accurate
- I have not been using HubSpot long enough to answer this
We can integrate our specific goals and set up a dashboard that focuses on this so we can track weekly.
Due to automation and integration, it trumps them all, not having to copy and paste all my notes. In terms of other capabilities, all very similar.
